The AAMC is committed to safeguarding the privacy of personal information. This statement applies to the AAMC’s website and governs data collection and usage. By using AAMC’s website, you consent to the data practices described in this statement. 

Collection of your Personal Information

The AAMC collects personally identifiable information which includes alumnae names, last name while at Mills if different, class years, and hall affiliations. addresses, phone numbers, and email addresses.

Use and Security of Your Personal Information

The AAMC collects and uses your personal information to operate the AAMC’s website and to send you emails. The AAMC may also contact you to conduct surveys, via email, which further informs our goals and offerings to alumnae. 

The AAMC collects and processes personal information from individuals who are applicants for staff positions in order to enter into or administer a contract for employment with the AAMC.

The AAMC does not sell, rent, or lease its mailing lists to third parties. The AAMC may share data with trusted partners to send you emails or postal mail. All such third parties are prohibited from using your personal information except to provide these services on behalf of the AAMC, and they are required to maintain the confidentiality of your information.

Your information will be retained by AAMC in accordance with applicable state and federal laws. You may unsubscribe from our mailing lists at any time.

Information created in the European Union will be transferred out of the European Union to the AAMC. If you feel AAMC has not complied with applicable foreign laws regulation such information, you have the right to file a complaint with the appropriate supervisory authority in the European Union.
